About Anne

Anne was born in Nashville, TN and began developing her artistic skills at a very young age. Her mother was the first to recognize her talent and taught Anne to draw household objects. At age 13, Anne won a Nashville citywide art contest giving her more confidence in her ability to create.

Anne married Paul after High School and raised four children. The couple lived in seven states traveling extensively which allowed Anne to photograph landscapes, people, flowers and sunsets. Her inspirations arise from a lifetime of experiences and images. Anne and Paul are now enjoying retirement and more time for art.

Watercolor and mixed media are Anne's current preferences; however, she experiments in pencil, ink, oil, acrylic, gouache, and collage. Anne loves to diversify with a variety of styles, which continues to inspire her creativity.
